The South Side Chamber hosts several programs for member networking and enrichment. Our programs are designed to serve the business and community objectives of our members and their guests. Please make sure to register for your favorite events as space in limited for these popular programs.

Happy hours

Our wildly successful happy hours are an excellent way to network with business leaders, government representatives, and your fellow members on the South Side. 

Our Happy Hours are held at a chamber member’s place of business. Open to all chamber members to attend, and we encourage you to bring your friends and clients.  Please join us for networking, drinks and appetizers – all complimentary!

connect@LUNCH

Connect@Lunch offers what every business person is hoping to achieve: up-close, personal, relationship-building opportunities on a regular basis that let you connect with what is happening on the South Side. Every month or two, a member restaurant and a speaker of interest is featured.

Reservations are $25 and include lunch. Attendance is limited so make your reservations soon!

MEMBER CONNECT

Every quarter our new and existing members are hosted at the Welcome Center to help them make the most of their chamber membership. We review chamber programs and help match members to the best opportunities to grow their business and improve their business network.

BROWN BAG WORKSHOP

Every other month we gather at the Welcome Center to share experiences and engage with a workshop facilitator in our Brown Bag Workshop. Nothing fancy, we focus key topics for succeeding in an emerging business on the South Side like branding, finance, social media, hiring and insurance.

Reservations are free for chamber members and include a brown bag snack and workshop materials.

student of the month

Each school month the South Side Chamber and a local business sponsor recognize a "Student of the Month" at South Side's Phillips Elementary School for academic achievements. The student receives an award certificate, a $50 Giant Eagle gift card, and a feature photo in the local newspaper.
